Gratitude

Gratitude, is a big buzz word right now. How do you feel about it? I use gratitude daily in my planner, starting off the day with 3 things I am grateful for is both grounding and uplifting for me. It keeps me from taking things for granted. Sometimes its the simplest of things like having a comfy bed or running water….my freedom and health comes up for me too , something others around the globe do not always enjoy.

I also encourage my coaching clients to journal daily and this can often include gratitude’s.

But here is the the thing, is your gratitude the grass fed, organic kind ? or the processed margarine variety?

The margarine kind is often used as a tool or intervention, like I am doing on a daily basis and like I encourage my clients to do, where we use it to help us feel better and happier.

What I am striving for is the organic , grass fed type that comes from a place inside me that is fully content and at peace with where my life is ….and I am not quite there yet. How about you ?
