Does menopause Coaching work?

Working with a coach, specifically one who specialised in women’s midlife support, was something I’d toyed with the idea of a few times, but dismissed because I wasn’t sure I ‘needed it enough’ .... it felt almost frivolous.Working with Laura on her 12 week programme has been life-changing. A clarity I never had before about things I need to focus on, an awareness of my own saboteurs, a sense of direction and forward journey where before I’d been rudderless. As a learning & development professional, I know a good coach when I meet one and Laura is one of the best – giving you the space to reflect (when you aren’t aware you need it), asking challenging questions (that you won’t ask yourself), supporting you to feel and express your emotions (from a place of no judgement) and offering practical suggestions (without telling you what to do). At the end of the programme I’m definitely in a better space physically and emotionally, with a clear sense of how to move forwards, thankyou
