Coaching is a safe space dedicated to you. It is a time in which you can clarify and work towards what it is that you want and where you want to be. It is having someone who is on your side , fully and is the accountability partner that will be your biggest cheerleader but also the one kicking you up the butt when you need it!
Self-doubt can sabotage our dreams and goals. We can be our own worst supporter. Noticing these annoying and powerful voices is the start to taking control and moving forwards, with courage, towards the life you really want and deserve.

Isn’t it time to invest in yourself ?
A one to one Coaching session is a safe space where we can really dig deep and find out what is holding you back from getting to where you want to be. Where do you want to be this time next year? What brings you joy and how can that be a part of your everyday? The blocks that stand in your way of success are not insurmountable. We will create an action plan allowing you to leave the session feeling motivated and energised and positive.
I like to my clients to commit to six sessions ideally. Some clients like to have ongoing monthly sessions after this to keep up the momentum. This is a fantastic way to gain results and allows for real growth to happen through commitment and accountability.
Sessions usually last an hour and I recommend no more than two per month to allow for work in between sessions and reflective thought .
One off power sessions can also be very helpful if you are struggling with a particular issue.
Sessions are usually via Skype or Zoom or can be in person if local to Warwickshire UK, in a comfortable location. I know many or you can choose one of your choice.
