Terms and conditions for Marvellous Midlife Retreat 2024

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your Marvellous Midlife Retreat in France with us. By booking your retreat, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Bookings and Payment

a. Bookings can be made by BACS Transfer. Your deposit is non-refundable and is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days before the start of the retreat. If the booking is less than 30 days before the retreat , the full payment is due.

b. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

a. If you cancel your retreat more than 60 days before the start date, you will receive a full refund of any monies paid by you minus your deposit

b. If you cancel your retreat between 30 and 15 days before the start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat costs paid by you minus your deposit

c. If you cancel your retreat less than 15 days before the start date, you will not be eligible for a refund.

d. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if there are not enough participants or due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will receive a full refund

It is encouraged that you have adequate health insurance.

Retreat Schedule

a. The retreat schedule may be subject to change at our discretion.

Health and Safety

a. You must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements you have before the start of the retreat.

b. We are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the retreat.

c. You are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing during the retreat.

Accommodation and Meals

a. Accommodation and meals are included in the retreat cost. (apart from the lunch out in Aubeterre)

b. Rooms will be allocated at my discretion.

c. Dietary requirements must be communicated to us at the time of booking.

Code of Conduct

a. We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards each other and the retreat staff.

b. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in expulsion from the retreat without refund.

Intellectual Property

a. All retreat materials, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, and recordings, are the property of the retreat organizers.

b. No part of the retreat materials may be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Liability

a. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your participation in the retreat.

b. We are not responsible for any expenses, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other expenses, incurred because of any cancellation or change in the retreat schedule.

Media and photo use

By booking your Women's Menopause Retreat in France with us, you acknowledge that you are happy to have your photo taken and for the images to be used on social media and to promote another retreat if I decide to hold another retreat.
