I just wanted to say thank you for putting this event on yesterday. As a husband of someone going through menopause it was very helpful. I feel rather embarrassed, ignorant, and lazy not to have sought out this information myself earlier to be honest. When I told my wife I had watched this she held my hand and cried. She downloaded the app last night and we’ve probably talked about it more in the last 4 or 5 hours than we have in the last year. I often wonder why I do some parts of my job; what impact/ benefit it has. So, for that reason I just wanted to let you know that yesterday’s session has been hugely impactful for my wife and I and I wanted to take the time to thank those who took the time to arrange it”

Some of my colleagues were a little cynical about the relevance of the subject to their lives, but had to eat their words after hearing what Laura had to say. The content was relevant to the entire audience, men and women alike, and all ages too. Laura spoke with expertise about the menopause journey in an accessible and reassuring way and we were all pleased to reduce stigma around this often-taboo subject. Many thanks Laura"

Through sharing her personal experience through Menopause, Laura was able to create a safe environment for attendees to be open and honest about their experience on a traditionally taboo subject. Feedback from the event was extremely positive with many highlighting the seminar as thought provoking, engaging and of significant importance for supporting our female workforce.”
Read MoreEarlier this week Laura led a ‘Demystifying the Menopause’ webinar for my team as part of our wellbeing programme and it was brilliant. The presentation and conversation hit just the right note with the team members – it was enlightening, informative and all were thoroughly engaged. The chatter in the team afterwards has been so positivity and I know the tips and information from Laura has already made a massive impact for at least two of my team members! This is certainly just the start for us on providing this kind of support for our employees – I cannot recommend Laura highly enough.
Read MoreUsually a taboo subject within the workplace, it was attended by a wide range of people - senior management, women "of a certain age" but more importantly my male colleagues who were genuinely interested in finding out more information about the menopause and perimenopause to help not only their family members, but also their female colleagues.

Laura was a breath of fresh air explaining what to expect for women entering their ‘second spring’ and how businesses can support them by recognising the symptoms and how they can help each other. I personally, found it refreshing to know we don’t have to suffer alone and there are things we can do to manage the change our bodies go through during this time.”
Read MoreWe recently had Laura from Marvellous Midlife lead a menopause awareness session for our team.
The session was both informative and engaging while being deeply personal, with Laura sharing details about her own menopause journey.
It's a subject matter we hadn't explored previously as a team and so glad we did, we are all better placed to understand the huge impact the menopause can have and so much more aware of how we can support those around us going through this difficult transition.
With menopausal women being the fastest growing demographic in the workplace, this really is something that we need to start discussing more openly and Laura can help you do just that....thanks again Laura.

Her calm reassurance on the seen and unseen symptoms of perimenopause was received with a palpable sense of relief, as we realised that our own random symptoms not only have a name but we're not alone in experiencing them. A very warm, practical and understanding approach from Laura with lots of great feedback."

She has a clear and engaging style that makes it really easy for everyone in the room to discuss what is often a sensitive and uncomfortable subject to approach. We would highly recommend her support and will be continuing to work with her moving forward.”
